What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the items are unwashed, and in original condition.
How do I choose the right size for my child?
We recommend checking our Size Guide on each product page. Sizes are based on age and average body measurements, but if you're in between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit and longer wear.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary between 2 - 5 days.
Shipping costs 70 EGP in all orders in Cairo.
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Are your clothes true to size?
